Pakenham Railway Line fails for 12 months in a row on punctuality.

The Pakenham Railway line has failed for the 12th month in a row on punctuality as revealed in the delayed December metro rail data.
As commuters in Casey and Cardinia would already know the majority of the punctuality fails occurred mostly on workdays with Metro not delivering acceptable punctuality on at least 15 out of 20 days- a shocking 75% fail rate.
The Liberal Member for Gembrook Brad Battin MP states ?The Labor Member for Bass Jordan Crugnale is always happy to get a photo at Pakenham or Cardinia Station boasting the Government’s grand plans, but when it comes to Labor?s actions on train punctuality she is nowhere to be seen.?
The report further revealed 62% of all rail lines failed Labor?s own punctuality standard.
The former Liberal Government left the metro rail system with a 94.3% punctuality rate by November 2014, and Labor has overseen a dramatic decline in the service in just 5 years.
?Maybe if the Member for Bass spent more time catching a train rather than getting her photo taken at the boom gates she might start calling on her Labor colleagues to fix the system? argues Mr Battin.
With Labor?s December?s punctuality fail not being an isolated occurrence, the Member for Gembrook states ?This clearly shows that commuters on the Pakenham Line cannot rely on Labor to get them to and from home when they need to.?
