I am saddened to hear of an accident involving a police car and two other vehicles in Red Cliffs overnight, where a police officer and motorist were tragically killed.

The Victorian Liberals and Nationals express our sincerest condolences to the families, Victoria Police and the wider community, particularly in Sunraysia, at this very difficult time.   

We also send our best wishes to the leading constable, who was airlifted to hospital in a critical condition.
